All lending decisions, account approvals, and product offerings are made exclusively by the licensed financial institutions (“Service Providers”), in accordance with their policies and regulatory obligations. Yazodo’s role is strictly limited to acting as an introducer and information facilitator. We make no guarantees regarding the approval, suitability, or outcome of any application.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between Yazodo (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and you (“you” or “user”). Yazodo provides referral, facilitation, and introductory services connecting individuals and businesses in the UAE with financial institutions licensed in the UAE (“Service Providers”). Our role is strictly as a digital facilitation platform, and we do not act as a bank, lender, or financial institution.

Our Services Include:

1. Collecting, reviewing, and securely storing financial and personal information provided by you.
2. Offering general, non-binding insights, product illustrations, and comparisons of financial products available in the market. These are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or a commitment from Yazodo or any Service Provider.
3. Introducing you to third-party Service Providers based on your financial profile and requirements.
4. Providing guidance on how to prepare applications and supporting documentation for Service Providers.
5. Any calculators, estimates, or illustrations are for informational purposes only and do not represent guaranteed eligibility or terms.
6. Providing guidance on the process of accessing financial products and explaining general eligibility requirements.
7. Recording communications (calls, messages, or online interactions) for quality assurance, training, compliance, and audit purposes.

What Yazodo Does Not Do:

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations of the UAE and any other jurisdiction from which you access our services.

You are solely responsible for assessing the suitability of any financial product before proceeding.

Misrepresentation and Consequences:
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, Yazodo reserves the right to:

1. Terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately.
2. Notify relevant Service Providers or authorities, as required.
3. Take legal action where necessary to protect Yazodo, its affiliates, and Service Providers.

Data Protection and Privacy

Yazodo collects, stores, and processes personal and financial information in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

By using Yazodo’s services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information with licensed financial institutions in the UAE solely for the purpose of processing your applications and facilitating financial services.

Yazodo does not sell your personal information to third parties. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

All communications between you and Yazodo, including electronic communications, may be recorded or stored for quality assurance, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.

Yazodo is not liable for the privacy practices or security measures of third-party Service Providers, and users acknowledge that sharing information with them is at their own risk.

Fees, Commissions, and Taxes

• In certain cases, Yazodo may charge a service fee directly to you. You will always be notified in writing before any charges are applied.
• Yazodo may receive referral fees or commissions from financial institutions when you successfully take a financial product via our platform. Receipt of such fees does not affect the impartiality or quality of our services.
• Any applicable VAT or other government-imposed taxes will be added to service fees as required by UAE law.
• You are solely responsible for any fees or charges imposed directly by financial institutions, including but not limited to processing, valuation, inspection, early settlement, or prepayment charges.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, mobile application, and related platforms, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, software, designs, and other materials, is the property of Yazodo or used under license.

You may access and view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of our content without prior written consent from Yazodo. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

The names, logos, and branding elements associated with Yazodo are proprietary and strictly prohibited from unauthorized use.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yazodo, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of Yazodo services

• Misrepresentation or false information
• Engagement with Service Providers

Third-Party Links, Services, and Communications

Communications

You consent to receive communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or calls, including application updates, legal notices, or marketing. Critical notifications cannot be opted out of. Communications may be recorded.
By engaging with Yazodo, you consent to receive such communications, which you may opt out of at any time for marketing messages.

Website and Service Availability

Yazodo strives for continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Force Majeure & Limitation of Claims

Force Majeure

Yazodo shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay, failure, or disruption in the performance of its services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms, etc.)
• Fire, explosion, or other accidents
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or governmental actions
• Industrial disputes, strikes, or labor shortages
• Cyberattacks, system failures, or internet/network disruptions
• Power outages, hardware failures, or software malfunctions

In such cases, Yazodo may, at its sole discretion, suspend or modify services without incurring any liability to users or third parties.

Limitation of Claims

1. Any claim, action, or dispute arising from or relating to your use of Yazodo services must be filed within 12 months from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period shall be waived and unenforceable.
2. Under no circumstances shall Yazodo, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for:
   • Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
   • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
   • Damages arising from the acts or omissions of Service Providers
3. Yazodo’s maximum aggregate liability under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user to Yazodo for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Mitigation

You agree to take all reasonable steps to mitigate any loss, damage, or liability that may arise in connection with your use of Yazodo services.

Corporate Protection & Disclaimer

Yazodo is a digital facilitation platform based in Ajman, UAE. We do not provide loans, credit, or financial products directly. All financial products are offered by licensed UAE financial institutions (“Service Providers”), and all approvals, terms, and conditions are determined solely by them.

Our role is strictly as an introducer and information facilitator. We provide guidance, documentation support, and general information, but we make no guarantees regarding approval, outcomes, or suitability of any financial product.

Limitation of Liability:

• Yazodo is not responsible for decisions, errors, delays, or actions of Service Providers.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost opportunities or financial damages.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you have paid directly for the service.

Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the federal laws of the UAE. Any dispute shall first be referred to arbitration or mediation in Ajman, before pursuing litigation. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ajman Courts.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with Yazodo’s Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior agreements regarding the use of our website, mobile application, and services.
